•  "IP Talk" is an Internet Telephony Service enabled by the system which consists of (a) Internet Telephony Adapters at user sites, (b) three different kinds of servers operated by IP Talk Corporation or its affiliates, (c) the Internet itself.

•  IP Talk is not picky about choice of ISPs and kinds of lines (DSL, Cable, Optical Fiber, Wireless, etc. because it technically solved the problems of Private IP Address (NAT) and DHCP IP Address Problems.

•  IP Talk is a best-effort service because it uses "Public Internet". So, it does not assure a certain level of Voice Quality.

•  Voice Quality is almost the same as Cellular Phone and tends to change due to congestion of the Internet.   The better the network quality, the better the voice quality.

•  IP Talk System does not require large investment on expensive VoIP gateways and gatekeepers for the service providers.

•  IP Talk has great merit for users who always on internet access. And it is an outstanding tool for winning customers with minimum investment for internet service providers.
